Frequently asked questions
It all began with a simple idea fueled by a deep passion. As a small business, we pride ourselves on personal attention and dedication to every detail. Our approach is rooted in quality and integrity, ensuring that everything we do reflects our commitment to excellence.
Can only women come?
We’re happy to have guys join any of our courses, as long as it doesn’t say ‘women only session’. Just a heads-up, you’ve got to be 18 or older to take part!
Can I bring my dog?
Although we adore our furry, four-legged buddies, they kinda shake up the vibe of the classes, so for now, pups gotta sit this one out.
I have a wheelchair / can't walk very far, can I come
I’ve got restricted mobility too, so I make sure none of our sessions are super hard to access. But hey, everyone’s different! Drop me an email, and we can figure out what works best for you.
Check out the sessions marked 'accessibility - easy' if you’re looking for a good place to start.
What should I bring?
Here’s the deal: grab a drink, maybe a snack if you’ll get peckish, and something to park yourself on—like a lightweight camping chair or a waterproof sit mat. I usually hunt for a cozy spot on a low branch or under a tree, but trust me, if it’s rained recently, those spots can get seriously soggy, so a waterproof mat is a total game-changer! Oh, and if it’s chilly, don’t forget a scarf, a hat, and maybe even a hot water bottle—trust me, you’ll thank yourself later.
Will it still be on if its bad weather?
Unless the weather's really awful, yep, it’s still happening! I’ll let everyone know if it gets canceled. If it’s raining, no worries—we can hang out under a tree, or if it’s pouring non-stop, we might move to a nearby indoor spot to keep things going.
What should I wear?
Dress for the weather—layers are your best friend since you can throw them on or peel them off as needed. Stick to comfy clothes and make sure your footwear is sturdy and fits the kind of terrain we’ll be tackling. Lots of folks go for walking boots, but I’m all about my wellies (can’t say no to splashing in a stream!). Just make sure whatever you wear has good grip, especially if it’s wet out—it can get pretty slippy out there!
I can't make your dates / times but an interested, can you help?
Yes, shoot me an email, and we can chat about the dates and times that work for you. I’ll also fill you in on any groups coming up!
What about mobile phones?
We usually ask you to keep your phone off during the session, but if you need it on for an important call, just give me a heads-up beforehand.
