What to expect
A typical mindfulness session with Women Of The Wood starts with a grounding practice that will leave your worries and busyness behind. We will gently check in and then individually explore the surroundings, leading to a nature mindfulness activity or two. Before we leave, we will recentre ourselves and learn how to carry this new peace through the week.
